The kickoff was made in January 2020 by the Turkish consortium. In order to determine the use cases and technical requirements, the ERMETAL factory was visited by all national partners and the use cases were analysed from all aspects.

To determine the use case, a basic approach to sample the existing (As-Is) structure have been conducted. All attendees also did address where the final solution shall heading for an improved manufacturing process of Ermetal.

Finally a roadmap also was structured during the meeting. Follow up on the investment plan, steps to be taken and more will be conducted in the near future.
